Regretfully I did not write anything about this LAN when it happened. At the time, I was a bit burned out on writing LAN reviews and maybe I ran out of things to talk about; as each Octane LAN was awesome, they were also all very similar.

That said, this one was notable in that there was some kind of prize giveaway in which a prize was offered to anyone willing to smash their monitor. As you can see in the picture, there was a kid who took them up on the offer. Everyone watched in delight and amazement as the kid smashed his monitor on the ground.

Also during this time I volunteered to help Octane get sponsors. I don't recall excatly when this started, so I may have been involved in getting the pictured Bawls banner and ATI posters, but I dont 100% recall.
